If the dishwasher soap dispenser is broken, do not use the machine. We need to replace it.
Disconnect power. Unplug the dishwasher or turn off the home dishwasher circuit breaker.
To make sure the power is off, make sure the control panel does not light up when you press the control or power button.
Turn off the switch.
Remove the outer door panel and control panel
With the dishwasher door open, remove the Torx mounting screws from the inner door panel. Support the outer door panel with one hand so it does not fall off when you remove the last 2 screws.
Carefully detach the outer door panel and control panel from the inner door panel and lay the outer panel on the floor; now disconnect the user interface (indication board) control wires from the control panel.
Remove the outer door panel and control panel. Remove the outer door panel. Remove the dispenser.
Disconnect the dispenser harness from the inner door.
Remove the mounting screws from the bracket and remove the mounting bracket itself; leave it hanging from the dispenser wires.
Release the dispenser clips and pull the dispenser out of the door.
Insert a new dispenser and secure the fasteners.
Replace the mounting bracket and secure it with screws.
Connect the wire harness to the dispenser,. Install a new dispenser. Install the outer door panel and control panel.
Place the outer door panel and control panel close enough to the inner door so that you can reconnect the user interface (display board) control wires.
Connect the user interface control wires and attach the outer door panel and control panel to the inner door panel.
Install the fixing screws.
Install the outer door panel.
Tip. Use the longer screws to secure the control panel.
Restore the power supply.
Connect the dishwasher to the household circuit breaker, or simply plug the power plug into the outlet to restore power. Replacement completed. If you need help with urgent dishwasher repair, call us right now!
