Heat pump won't start
If your equipment won't start, there is a problem with the thermostat or the device is not receiving power.
Follow these steps:
Make sure the thermostat is in HEAT or WINTER mode. If the thermostat was recently replaced, it may be incompatible with your device or not installed correctly.
Make sure there is no differential or circuit breaker in the air conditioner circuits to prevent electrical current flow.
The unit may need to be reset or between components may not have sufficient voltage. To repair it, you will need to call a technician. If you need help with emergency heat pump repair, call us right now!
