If the microwave turntable does not rotate, the glass tray support may be broken or worn out. Carefully remove the stand from the drive shaft and check for damage.

The control panel and user display may also be defective, but the turntable motor is much more likely to break. First check if current is being supplied to the turntable motor. If the engine is not receiving power, the control panel and user display may be defective and need to be replaced.

The touch panel and control panel may be defective. Turntable motor failure is more likely, though. Check the turntable motor first. If the engine is good, it is possible that the touchpad and control panel are defective. To determine if the touchpad and control panel are damaged, try pressing each of the buttons on the control panel. If some of the buttons respond correctly and others do not, replace the touch pad and control panel.

The touch pad may be defective. Turntable motor failure is more likely, though. Check the turntable motor first. If the engine is OK, the touch panel may be defective. To determine if the touchpad is damaged, try pressing each of the buttons on the control panel. If some of the buttons respond correctly and others do not, then replace the touchpad.
